Rotary Ball Vibrators are most commonly used as discharge flow aids on small to medium-size bins, hoppers and chutes. They are used in a variety of applications within the chemical, foundry and concrete industries. OAK OBV range of rotary ball vibrators feature high quality ductile iron housings. The basic operation where compressed air forces a chrome steel ball around bearing grade races allows the ball vibrator to produce an easy-to-use source of vibration. These bodies are designed to quickly and easily mount to equipment.
Oak ball Vibrators are designed to move the most stubborn materials in a minimum of space.
Oak rotary Ball Vibrators are supplied with threaded inlet and outlet ports, exhaust muffler and a two-bolt flange base for easy installation. They are made from ductile iron, machined to precise tolerances and feature hardened races and a chrome ball. The covers, which keep the ball in the track are held in place with circlips.
