There is a choice of three fundamental package types that satisfy the requirements of most industrial compressed air systems.
Professional Package
This is the recommended minimum standard comprising an oil-lubricated compressor, receiver tank
(plus accessories if applicable), refrigerated dryer and two stages of fi ltration. The clean, dry compressed air is suitable for pneumatic tools, air powered machinery, sand blasting, powder coating and spray painting.
Ultimate Package
For special applications requiring clean, odourless and oil-free compressed air, this package comprises an oil-less compressor set with integral receiver tank, refrigerated dryer and four stages of fi ltration. Typical users include food/beverage and pharmaceutical manufacturers, hospitals and hazardous coating applicators.
Basic Package
This type should only be considered in those instances where there is no requirement for fi ltration or drying of the compressed air, such as general cleaning and blowing down, air powered transfer pumping and waste liquid aeration.
