This is to protect both the purchaser and seller.
Air tools and fittings will generally be shipped via airbag , however in the event purchases are being sent to a private address air freight companies will, in some instances, not deliver, it may therefore, in the interests of expediency, be necessary to nominate a business address for dispatch of your purchases, failing this, goods will be sent via Australia Post.
Larger items e.g. compressors and airhoses will be dispatched via road freight.
As shown on checkout page, you may ask me for a quote on freight for larger items or nominate your own freight provider (please include account number).
Purchases will be dispatched within 24 hours of my receiving notification of payment by Paypal or of receiving notification of direct payment to my nominated bank account.
No purchases will be dispatched prior to payment being received.
If something you have ordered is not immediately available due to prior sales you will be notified by email of the situation and given the options of it being placed on back order or having your payment for such items refunded.
Consignment note numbers will be emailed to purchasers when goods are dispatched along with an estimated time of delivery.
